Unused, full-length standard lintels may be returned within 14 days for a refund (less shipping). Custom-cut lintels cannot be returned. Contact our customer service team to arrange a return; you may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Yes, provided the alternative profile meets or exceeds the load-bearing requirements and fits the opening. Always confirm any substitution with your engineer before ordering. We can supply technical specifications to help you and your engineer make an informed decision.

Standard lintels and common profiles are stocked in bulk, allowing us to offer lower pricing. Custom lengths or less-common profiles require special ordering, handling and cutting, which increases production costs. Our precision cutting minimizes waste, but bespoke orders still carry higher fees.
